Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial consultation through to resolution.
* Provide clear and expert advice to clients on their rights and options in cases of medical negligence.
* Draft and review legal documents, including claims, witness statements, and expert reports.
* Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional levels of care and support.
* Actively engage in marketing initiatives to promote our clinical negligence services and drive departmental growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
* A qualified Grade A Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence (candidates with a strong interest in the field or transferable skills are welcome to apply).
* A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a genuine client-focus and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* Commercially aware thinkers who can strategically contribute to the growth of the department.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn.
* Familiarity with case management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
