An exciting opportunity for an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join an exceptional local brand: show properties, negotiate property sales, build client relationships, and progress transactions while delivering high service standards within a fast‑paced residential property environment.
We have a vacancy for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy residential sales team in Stokenchurch. This role involves managing the end‑to‑end sales process, from instruction through to completion, while maintaining excellent client relationships and identifying additional service opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the transaction.
Responsibilities
* Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Generate and follow up on valuations
* Market and promote properties across relevant channels
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
* Manage sales progression through to completion
* Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other agents
* Maintain regular communication with clients and provide feedback
* Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate records
* Identify opportunities for financial services and conveyancing referrals
* Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
* Ensure all processes comply with current legislation and internal procedures
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar sales environment preferred
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident negotiator with a customer‑focused approach
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
* Professional and personable manner
* Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
* Ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients
* Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
