Receptionist
We are a leading not-for-profit care provider in the UK, delivering exceptional 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care to older people across our 27 care homes in England.
As a Receptionist, you will greet all guests and visitors to the home, ensuring they are provided a friendly and professional welcome. You will answer the telephone and direct enquiries and queries as required, undertake general filing, photocopying and organization of systems where necessary, take and circulate minutes of meetings, and deal with general correspondence and administrative matters as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have GCSE Maths or equivalent, GCSE English or equivalent, previous reception experience, and previous experience undertaking general office duties such as filing, photocopying and organization of systems.
