This is a permanent full-time position, offering 30 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Stirling store.

* Representing the H&M Brand positively and engaging with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
* Supporting the team with commercial actions to reach store goals and sales targets.
* Keeping informed about the latest fashion trends, brands, and competitors to inspire and guide customers.
* Providing and receiving feedback to support personal and colleague development.
* Securing operational and visual excellence through guiding and coaching colleagues.
