The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of electrical works across multiple sites. This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage teams and subcontractors in a fast‑paced environment.
You will:
* Supervise electrical operatives and subcontractors across live projects
* Oversee delivery of LV/HV and EV infrastructure works
* Ensure compliance with BS 7671, health & safety standards, and company procedures
* Support inspection, testing, certification, and audit readiness
* Coordinate with civils and multi-utility teams for seamless delivery
* Maintain programme timelines, quality standards, and site documentation
About You
We are looking for a confident and capable supervisor with experience in electrical infrastructure or construction environments.
You will have:
* Proven experience supervising electrical works on‑site
* Strong understanding of compliance, quality, and programme delivery
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* ECS / CSCS Card
* Inspection & Testing (2391) and EV experience (desirable)
You’ll also bring strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple work fronts effectively.
