Come and join the Sense Team as a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager at our Supported Living Services in Aylesford and Margate.
This Permanent role involves working 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and flexible hours. The salary starts from £28,334 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/rises.
You will provide high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities. You will support the manager and supervise staff to deliver these services effectively.
This role requires travel between two services, with details discussed at interview. A full UK Driver's License and access to your own vehicle are essential.
