Shift Pattern: Night shifts – 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Role
The Complex Care Assistant provides high‑quality, person‑centred support to an individual with complex health needs in his own home. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering personal care and assistance with daily living tasks such as meals, medication, toileting and mobility.
* Performing clinical procedures such as manual cough assistance, digital bowel stimulation, postural and spinal support, PEG care, tracheostomy care, and continence management.
* Promoting independence and quality of life through companionship and reassurance throughout the night.
* Providing ongoing support with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must have:
* At least 6 months of hands‑on care experience in a UK care setting.
* Age 18 or over; subject to Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends.
