Were looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) with Senior Experience to join an elderly and dementia Nursing Home in the Horsham area.

The Role
Youll divide your time between hands-on clinical leadership and management responsibilities
Youll guide, mentor and support the nursing team, ensuring high standards, compliance and a caring, person-centred culture.

What Youll Bring
* NMC registration as RGN, RMN or RNLD
* Experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
* A background in nursing home or long-term care settings
