AM2PM are looking for a dedicated office administrator to work with our Derby based client.

The working hours will be standard days, 40 hours Monday – Friday with a starting wage of £11.50 PH.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, assisting team members, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate must possess high attention to detail and accuracy.
The input of important data/orders
Accurately process customer orders
Correctly follow company processes
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in other administrative duties as assigned.

The Person
You will be a good communicator in both written and verbal medium, you will have a min of 1 years experience within an admin role and you would like like progress within your career.
Proficient in Microsoft office, word excel and outlook
