Poultry Farm Site Supervisor – March, Cambridgeshire - £14.74–£18.79 per hour + Benefits
The Job:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our client as a Site Supervisor at a poultry farm operation in March, Cambridgeshire. Previous experience handling poultry livestock would be beneficial, although full training will be provided for the successful candidate. This role has the potential to become a salaried position following successful completion of probation.
The successful candidate will work alongside a small on site team with additional field and office support available when required.

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport due to rural location
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Every other weekend: 7:30am – approximately 1:00pm
- Additional hours may occasionally be required depending on operational needs
The Package:
- Hourly rate £14.74–£18.79 per hour

Candidate Requirements
All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for. Candidates must also have the legal right to work in the UK or hold a valid visa permitting employment.
