Position Overview:
The Warehouse Driver will be responsible for transporting goods from our warehouse to various destinations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. The role will also involve assisting with warehouse duties such as inventory management, loading/unloading goods, and maintaining an organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery & Transport: Safely drive and deliver goods to various locations as per schedule.
* Loading & Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care.
* Warehouse Support: Assist warehouse staff with inventory checks, stock rotation, and organization.
* Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and report any issues to the supervisor.
* Documentation: Ensure all delivery paperwork is accurately completed and signed by recipients.
* Health & Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while driving and handling goods.
* Customer Service: Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers during deliveries.
Required Qualifications:
* Valid driver’s license (Class [insert license type], if applicable).
* Previous experience as a driver, delivery driver, or in a similar role.
* Ability to drive different types of vehicles (van/truck, etc.) as needed.
