Salary: £85–£110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Blackpool from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone considering a future in teaching or working with young people in a school setting.
About the Role:
Supervising whole classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Supporting students with queries related to the lesson content
Feeding back to teaching staff on pupil progress and conduct
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience working with young people, ideally in a school or educational setting
Be confident in managing behaviour and engaging a class of secondary-aged students
Be flexible, punctual, and able to adapt to a variety of subjects and classrooms
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hold a degree or relevant Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
