Role: Laravel Developer (with React)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Oxfordshire – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
What you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain web applications using Laravel on the back end and React on the front end
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver modern, responsive websites and digital products
* Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
* Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring performance and reliability
* Optimise applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and accessibility
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
What you’ll need:
* Strong commercial experience with Laravel and React
* Good understanding of modern PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs
* Experience with front-end tools and frameworks such as Tailwind, Webpack, or similar
* Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile workflows
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly within a creative team
