Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Performing risk, value management, and cost control.
- Advising on procurement strategy and contractual claims.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, preferably with RC Frame and groundworks projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
