About The Role: Engage with stakeholders by coordinating and responding to their standard presentation and information requests. Play a vital role in supporting sales and existing client business within Aberdeen Investments, all while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. Opportunity to support junior team members and be involved in ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of comprehensive & compelling sales and client presentations
* Proactively help and support other team members
* Create and maintain good working relationships within the organisation
* Assisting in ongoing team projects & contribute to the development of processes
* Deal with ad-hoc queries efficiently and effectively
* Maintain standards of excellence: attention to detail is key
* Operate within a compliance regulatory framework
* Sound knowledge of the investment management business and service
About The Candidate:
* Experience of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint (essential), Excel, Outlook Word
* Awareness of Salesforce (or similar CRM system)
* Awareness of Aprimo, Seismic
