Territory Business Manager – Immunology - East Anglia
About the Role
A leading global healthcare organisation is seeking two Territory Business Managers (TBMs) to join its Immunology division. These positions will play a pivotal role in driving the launch and growth of a biologic therapy across key accounts within the NHS. Reporting into a Regional Business Manager, the TBMs will be accountable for shaping and executing local account strategies that maximise business potential and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities
* Territory Planning & Execution
* Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with local NHS priorities and customer needs.
* Lead cross-functional planning with colleagues across medical, access, and commercial teams to ensure a focused approach.
* Achieve and exceed sales and new patient start targets through a mix of face-to-face and digital interactions.
* Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting them in developing capabilities that enhance patient outcomes.
* Maintain deep product and therapeutic area expertise, including competitor landscape awareness.
* Provide insights to shape account strategy and ensure alignment with broader brand objectives.
* Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver optimum business results.
* Demonstrate high standards of compliance and integrity in all activities.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of identifying and converting business opportunities into growth.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated capabilities in key account management, business planning, and value-based selling.
* Evidence of personal accountability, flexibility, and a winning mindset.
* Experience selling across a broad portfolio of products in multiple disease areas.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred).
