* Maintain and update customer databases and oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely information.
* Create and manage email campaigns and automated workflows in HubSpot (e.g. onboarding, newsletters, follow-ups)
* Segment contact lists for tailored outreach to life science companies, experts, and service providers
* Support lead management and assist with reporting on CRM activity and campaign outcomes
* Develop and implement LinkedIn strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
* Manage and monitor LinkedIn account and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Create and curate engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn.
* Assist in preparing marketing materials and updates for digital campaigns and events.
* Analyse LinkedIn and HubSpot metrics and track performance to optimize strategies and improve results.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
* Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted and effective communication strategies to nurture and grow customer relationships.
* Represent INDICRO at conferences and networking events
* Drafting INDICRO processes with team
* Support webinar/event logistics (set up, invitations, reminders, attendee lists, follow-up emails)
* Share webinar content (recordings and slides) with delegates in Articulate
* Help prepare reports and documents for internal and external communications
* Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Science or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in LinkedIn management and customer relationship management (preferably HubSpot).
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn tools, and analytics.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing successful LinkedIn and CRM strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within a small team.
* Ability to think creatively and outside the box, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with Photoshop, Canva or other design tools is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point)
* Highly organised, agile, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or consultancy sectors is a bonus, but not essential
