Our client, a growing main contractor based in Hertfordshire, is looking for an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to deliver fast-paced fit-out projects across London and the South East. You’ll be overseeing multiple schemes ranging from £75k to £2m, including retail roll-outs, CAT A & B commercial fit-outs, and live office refurbishments. Project durations vary from 2 to 12 weeks, so the ability to manage several jobs simultaneously is essential. Candidates must have at least 15 years’ fit-out experience, including 5 years in a management role. You must be confident in pricing, programming, cost control, and leading delivery from pre-start to handover. Strong client-facing, organisational, and communication skills are key. The role is site- and office-based, so applicants should live within commuting distance of both London and the Hertfordshire head office.
