What you'll be doing Advising clients and design teams on the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations. Reviewing designs and undertaking plan checks to ensure compliance. Attending client and design team meetings, providing clear and professional regulatory advice. Supporting bid submissions, fee proposals and contributing to business development opportunities. Ensuring high technical and commercial standards, delivering real value to clients. What we're looking for A background in architecture, design or construction, ideally RIBA/ARB accredited. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, codes and associated legislation. Experience working on multiple projects and an understanding of the full design and construction process. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. A proactive approach to CPD and keeping up to date with industry changes. What's in it for you?
