As a Product Manager in the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, you will drive strategic product initiatives from inception through adoption, engage business and technical stakeholders to reimagine business processes, apply advanced technologies and AI models and formulate product plan and collect problem statements, develop personas and use cases to define feature requirements. You’ll prioritize to realize outcomes that maximize business value.
Job responsibilities
1. Contribute to an innovative product vision
2. Identify and articulate feature opportunities through comparative analysis, ROI measurement and OKR definition
3. Maintain effective relationships with sponsors and key partners to manage stakeholder expectations
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on features and solution design
5. Author business requirements, and supporting materials to convey business needs and support prioritization
6. Guide development and execution of the product roadmap
7. Document end-to-end processes and data flows, create training materials, release notes and user guides
8. Direct extended feature team with clear guidance and prioritization
9. Partner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user stories
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
10. Proverexperience in Business Analysis and/or Product Management
11. Experience in a Product Owner role practicing Scrum
12. Proactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teams
13. High-level oral and written communication
14. Ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographies
15. Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
16. Detail oriented and analytical with good working knowledge of data and process design
17. Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
18. Proficiency in Jira, MS Excel, Visio
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
19. Prior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment preferred
20. Document Management experience
21. Familiarity with data taxonomies
22. Familiarity with JSON and XML formats
