This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Podiatry team, where your contribution will directly influence patient outcomes, service efficiency, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
What Youll Do
In this role, you will:
1. Assist in high-risk wound care during ward rounds and domiciliary visits
2. Support nail surgery procedures as part of a redesigned service model
3. Contribute to MSK service delivery, helping meet national HEAT targets
4. Prepare and manage documentation for the multidisciplinary foot clinic
5. Collaborate with data analysts to support diabetes caseload management
6. Supervise and mentor Band 3 HCSWs, including 1:2:1s, annual reviews, and training delivery
7. Manufacture and distribute orthotics, supporting mobility and fall prevention
What Youll Bring
8. Proven experience in healthcare support work, ideally in podiatry or wound care
9. Confidence working independently with remote supervision
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for service development
12. Ability to travel independently across multiple sites
