Clinical Trial Assistant
London | £30,000 to £35,000 | Primarily Site Based
This is a genuinely hands on clinical research position where you will work directly with study participants, support treatment sessions, coordinate clinical visits and play an active role in the day to day delivery of clinical trials.
You'll join an established organisation developing innovative non invasive treatment technologies, working within an experienced clinical team that conducts a significant amount of its research in house.
What you'll be doing
• Supporting clinical studies from start up through to close out
• Coordinating participant visits and day to day study activities
• Managing informed consent and participant documentation
• Supporting protocol driven procedures and assessments
• Assisting with non invasive investigational treatments
• Operating specialist imaging and photography equipment
• Recording study data and maintaining accurate study records
• Working directly with participants throughout the clinical trial process
• Supporting compliance with ICH GCP, ISO 14155 and internal procedures
This role is likely to suit someone already working within clinical research who enjoys the practical side of study delivery and wants greater involvement with participants and clinical operations.
You may currently be working as a:
• Clinical Trial Assistant
• Clinical Trial Associate
• Clinical Research Coordinator
• Clinical Research Administrator
• Research Nurse or healthcare professional involved in clinical research
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
• Previous experience supporting clinical trials or clinical research activities
• Understanding of ICH GCP principles
• Experience working within a healthcare or patient facing environment
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence interacting directly with study participants
Location and Working Pattern
* This is primarily a site based role in London.
* Clinical studies require a strong on site presence and applicants should expect to be office based for much of the working week during active trials.
* Hybrid flexibility is available outside of active study periods.
