Role Overview: proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. The Bid Manager will support the Head of Bid & Sustainability in delivering high-quality, compliant and compelling proposals. They will take ownership of coordinating end-to-end bid activity, ensuring timelines are met, submissions are consistent and stakeholders are fully engaged. Key Responsibilities: Bid Coordination & Delivery: * Manage the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity qualification to submission. * Develop bid timelines, compliance checklists and action plans to ensure all deadlines are met. * Track progress of inputs, escalate risks or delays and ensure accountability. * Support and oversee other bid team members, providing guidance, prioritisation and coordination to maintain smooth operations. * Assist the Head of Bid & Sustainability with balancing bid workloads and concurrent deadlines, ensuring the team has the support and resources needed to deliver high-quality submissions.
