We are looking for bright and vibrant Senior Pension Administrators to join an extremely successful and innovative Financial Services business in Liverpool for an Administrator… no experience required! What will you be doing?
Your day to day responsibilities will include;
* Being responsible for administration throughout the department, being efficient and accurate throughout
* Contacting customers via written and verbal correspondence, making the process as smooth as possible
* Working within the set regulations and always meeting SLA and KPI's
* Data entry following GDPR regulations and professionally act while interacting with financial institutions
* Responding to private clients and financial counter-parties via email as well as via phone ensuring a clear and distinctive procedure of the financial movement
* Working with multiple systems and managing a large amount of financial transactions
* Assistance with ad hoc and scheduled and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
* Operate on financial assets, stocks and shares with peculiar attention to detail
