We areUrban Alley Brewery!A fully Independent Craft Brewery (with multiple awards for our beers), a wholesale business in rapid growth, a 790 capacity Brew Pub in Docklands, 750 capacity Brewpub @ Knox Ozone and now a new larger Brewpub & Gin Bar at Chadstone Social Quarter.
Person we are looking for:
Passionate about food
Strong leader
Able to help maintain high standards set by head chef.
Flexible with days worked.
Has worked in similar role.
Help, produce and maintain an environment of learning and professionalism.
Ensuring that all foods are stored and prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
Possess the highest standards in kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Help maintain a great working environment and culture.
Proven track record in similar role
2 years’ experience in similar role
