ABOUT THE ROLE
Youllsupport the Home Manager with a full range of receptionadministrative and basic finance activities to ensure the Home runssmoothly. Often the first point of contact for enquiries youlldemonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all those whovisit live and work in our homes. You will be responsible forensuring that all our visitors follow the infection control rulesin force at any given time also taking the lead on coordinating anytesting requirements organising couriers and associatedadministrative tasks.
Our homes are fun so youllalso assist with the planning and management of events that takeplace in the home including celebrating residents milestonebirthdays fetes employee presentations or other activities plannedby our Activities Coordinator. Interested candidates send yourresume via whatsapp .
