This well-established company is a specialist consultancy who are looking to continue their ambitious growth plans over the next few years. They specialise in agriculture and` are broadening their horizons by moving into new industries leveraging nearly 60 years of experience.
In this B2B role you will primarily be focused on managing and building a small team of Business Development Executives as well as leading day-to-day sales operations. You will liaise directly with the Directors and have the autonomy to adapt the sales process and bring new ideas to the table. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office working a 37hr week from Monday to Friday.
This role would suit a Sales Manager from a B2B background who has experience leading small sales teams and improving the sales business development process.
