Purpose of the role
To provide technical support both internally and to our clients, with the aim of developing towards a leadership role within the Land Referencing Directorate.
What you’ll be doing
* Attend client meetings as Ardent’s representative and provide updates.
* Support Project Managers in the delivery of projects, taking ownership of project elements.
* Lead sections of the project team to deliver assigned tasks.
* Ensure compliance with processes and procedures in line with our Quality Management System.
* Develop knowledge of enabling acts and support colleagues in their learning.
* Apply critical thinking to propose solutions to project challenges.
* Mentor junior team members, listening to and evaluating their input.
* Produce accurate and consistent project deliverables such as Books of Reference, plans, and maps.
* Draft professional documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
* Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
* Ability to allocate tasks, delegate responsibly, and communicate methodology.
* Experience of working within agreed budgets and scopes.
* Good technical knowledge of the Land Referencing process.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
