Title: Administrator
Location: London, SW1P
Rate: Up to £135 per day
Contract length: ASAP - Until 19th December
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Track and record materials using Excel and Word
2. Update and gather information, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
3. Input data into systems
4. Manage both electronic and printed files
5. Liaise with stakeholders
6. Organise documents and files
Personal Profile:
7. Experience in a fashion environment is desirable
8. Highly computer literate, particularly in Word and Excel
9. Experience with PLM/SAP programs is an advantage
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Strong organisational skills
13. Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
14. Knowledge of textiles or interest in learning about the area is preferred, as it may help with understanding data input and material tracking tasks
