SALTO Systems, a leading global provider of wireless, keyless access control technology, is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our partnerships in the UK's hospitality sector.
This role will focus on growing SALTO's presence with hotel groups, leisure operators and developers, offering frictionless access control, digital key platforms and integrated guest experience technology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Identify and engage with hotel and resort operators to identify commercial access needs across the UK
* Present smart access technology solutions that improve security and operational efficiency
* Lead the full sales process from first contact to proposal, demonstration and close
* Manage your sector-specific sales pipeline and use CRM to track activity and performance
* Attend relevant trade events and forums to promote the SALTO brand
* Report to the Sales Director and collaborate with technical colleagues and marketing
What You'll Bring
* 3+ years B2B sales or business development experience (Hospitality)
* Experience selling solution-based products or technology
* Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and asset managers
* UK driving license and flexibility to travel when needed
