Responsibilities: We perform User Acceptance Testing for the Market Expansion program across new enhancements and BAU releases. We work closely with stakeholders across Products, Ops, Tech, and Vendor teams to understand business requirements. We design end-to-end test scenarios for release-specific requirements using our standard formats and enterprise tools. We set up, use, and maintain end-to-end automation scripts to support testing and drive automation adoption. We execute release-based UAT using our recommended tools across internal and external partner applications. We identify, document, triage, re-test, and track defects through to closure. We provide daily status reports covering execution progress, risks, and challenges. We attend periodic meetings with vendor project leads and program managers to track delivery progress. We own overall testing governance and management for the program. We measure, baseline, and track KPIs and SLAs agreed with the business. We focus on functional UAT activities only, excluding non-functional testing such as performance, security, and accessibility testing.
