This is a key position supporting both our Sales Department and wider business operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring vehicles are processed efficiently, customers are supported professionally, and internal administration runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service at every stage. The Role You will: Supporting the sales team with vehicle administration from order to handover Processing vehicle invoices, registrations and taxation Liaising with manufacturers, finance companies and customers Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation Assisting with company administration tasks, documentation and internal processes Supporting handover preparation and customer communication General office coordination and administrative duties About You You will have: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills – professional and confident Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines IT competent (experience with DMS/automotive systems desirable but not essential) A positive, team-focused attitude Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, collaborative and committed to delivering customer excellence.
