Sales Negotiator / Valuer – Chesham
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer on behalf of our client in Chesham. In this role, you will manage the sales process from initial property valuations and listings through to negotiating offers and progressing sales. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional looking to join a successful estate agency with strong earning potential and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out property valuations and market appraisalsList and market new properties effectivelyPrepare property details and advertising materialsArrange and conduct property viewingsNegotiate offers between buyers and vendorsProgress sales and maintain regular communication with clientsMaintain accurate property records and update management systemsBuild strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleaguesSupport the sales team in achieving branch targetsDeliver excellent customer service throughout the sales processEssential Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister within estate agency or property salesStrong communication and negotiation skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated with a proactive sales approachGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and client requirementsKnowledge of the local property market would be advantageousExperience using property management software and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join?
