Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are collaborating with schools in Barnsley (S70 & S71) to appoint a dynamic Science Teacher who can create engaging lessons and encourage students to explore the wonders of biology, chemistry, and physics.
As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that develop students’ investigative skills, practical knowledge, and scientific understanding while supporting learners with different abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Teach well-structured science lessons across various topics.
* Encourage students to conduct experiments and apply scientific methods.
* Provide clear feedback to help pupils improve their understanding and skills.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment.
* Track pupil progress and keep detailed assessment records.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching science in a classroom setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire as a Science Teacher.
* Excellent communication, planning, and classroom management skills.
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
