A leading international professional services firm based in Mayfair is looking for a Personal Assistant to support one of their newly appointed female partners.
They work with top business leaders around the world and are a very collaborative and dynamic team of people with plenty of interesting projects in the pipeline.
This is a brand new role combining traditional PA responsibilities with meaningful exposure to client engagement, business development, and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary and travel management
* Preparing briefing material
* Managing engagements for clients
* Support onboarding for new clients
* Updating the partner on the status of clients
* Salesforce administration
* Managing contractual paperwork and client invoices
* Maintaining strong relationships with client offices
* Preparing proposals and presentations
* Research
* Assist with client events
* Support pipeline tracking and reporting
* Coordinate programme logistics
* Compile participant biographies
* Support programme delivery
This role would suit someone with some PA experience or strong administrative skills and an interest in tech or AI as this is something they are looking into developing within their business processes.
There is huge scope for progression based on previous placements made throughout the years.
Salary up to £49,250 plus discretionary bonus plus benefits.
This is a hybrid role- 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
