The Role
We're looking for an Automotive Technician to join our team. You'll be working in a world class facility McLaren and RS3 engine builds, assembling and maintaining powertrain systems including forged engines, hybrid turbos, fuel systems, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembly of high-performance engines, gearboxes, turbos, and other drivetrain components
* Support with McLaren and RS3 tuning builds, teardown and reassembly
* Follow technical drawings, build sheets, and checklists
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Collaborate with the fabrication and calibration teams
* Occasionally support dyno sessions or trackside work
What You Bring
We have a range of positions available — from Head Technician to Apprentice — but one thing is non-negotiable: a passion for building fast cars. Salary is based entirely on experience and knowledge.
The qualities we look for in a strong technician include:
* Several years of experience in motortrade (high-performance/motorsport is bonus)
* Solid knowledge of McLaren and/or Audi RS3 platforms
* Meticulous attention to detail — quality matters here
* Ability to read and follow technical documentation
* A flexible, team-oriented mindset
* Fabrication/welding experience (a bonus)
