Overview
The Beal Group is seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and delivering key infrastructure and systems upgrades. This is a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and transformation of the business.
Position Summary
The Operations Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of strategic and tactical projects across the organisation. These include ERP/MRP implementation, facility layout changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage operational projects across manufacturing and business support functions.
* Drive the implementation of ERP systems and ensure integration with key processes.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Track project milestones, maintain detailed documentation, and report progress to senior management.
* Lead post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and optimize future initiatives.
* Champion continuous improvement and change management across the group.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in project management within a manufacturing or operational setting.
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

* On-time and within-budget project delivery rate.
* Improvement in key operational metrics post-project implementation.
* ERP implementation success (measured by user adoption and functionality).
