We are currently recruiting experienced Housekeeping Floor Supervisors to join the team at a leading luxury hotel in Hampshire.
About the Role As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest five-star standards. Youll lead, support, and motivate your housekeeping team to consistently deliver impeccable service and presentation.
This is a full-time position, including weekends on a rotational basis.

Have extensive experience in a similar supervisory role within a quality hotel environment
Possess exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Communicate confidently and fluently in English
Are well-presented, professional, and reliable
