The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and in providing tailored support to pupils. You’ll work closely with children to ensure they feel supported, included, and motivated to succeed.
We have opportunities available across a wide range of settings, including:
* Mainstream primary schools – supporting children in class and in small groups.
* Specialist SEN schools – working closely with pupils who have additional learning needs, including SEN and SEMH.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and/or SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) is highly desirable.
* A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children of all abilities.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with teachers and other staff.
* A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
* Education qualifications are desirable
