An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of our fantastic team of Support Workers in our Safe Spaces provision. If you're self-motivated, enjoy a challenge, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same - this could be the perfect fit for you

As a Support Worker based at our Cheltenham service, you'll play a vital role in supporting both the team and individuals staying with us. Each day will bring something new, so adaptability is key.

You might be:

* Helping someone learn valuable life skills such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting.
* Supporting community activities.
* Offering a listening ear as someone shares their story - possibly for the very first time.

We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, and the creativity to think outside the box. Being computer literate is also important, as you'll be using our internal records system and other IT packages.
