Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting Factory Operatives for our client based in Coalville, LE67. This is a great opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment.
Required:
Previousfactory or manufacturing experiencepreferred
Ability to read and followtechnical drawings
Experience usinghand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in afast-paced environment
Good level of English
A good team player with astrong work ethic and reliability
Own transport due to shift pattern.
Daily duties:
Producingtimber frame panelsaccording to production schedules
Operating on asemi-automated manufacturing line, handling materials fromcutting to finished product
Cutting materials, inserting insulation, stapling, and fitting lifting straps
Usinghand and power tools(nail gun, drill, hammer, tape measure)
Assembling wooden framesfollowing technical drawings
Performingquality checkson finished products
Wrapping and preparing products fortransportation
Rotating across different workstations to gain skills and knowledge
Ensuring compliance withHealth & Safety procedures
