Customer Service Administrator

The Role
* As the Customer Service Administrator you will be based at the UK Head Office near Stratford-upon-Avon.
* The Customer Service Administrator will be communicating with hospitals across the UK, both NHS and private sector.
* You will also speak directly to patients with enquiries, signposting them as required.
* In the role you will be processing paperwork for service and repair works, liaising with colleagues across the business in the UK and abroad.
* You’ll provide contract support with onboarding of new customers and process customer orders as required.
* Part of the role is to produce monthly or quarterly reports to be presented to the management team.
* You’ll also assist with credit control as required.
* Using the company CRM, you will manage stock requirements for the office and field-based colleagues.
* From time-to-time you may be asked to help in other appropriate areas of the business to broaden knowledge and skills.

* Basic salary: Up to £30k

The Ideal Person
* Experience in an administration role is essential; suitable for someone who has worked in an Administration role previously.
* Office-based administration experience; variety of industries considered.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM, ERP, or SAP software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good telephone manner and presence in online meetings.
* Outgoing and personable with strong people skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience handling sensitive information is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent written English and attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
* Ideally located within commuting distance of Stratford-upon-Avon.
* Right to work in the UK essential – no sponsorship available.
