Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, quality, cleanliness, and team leadership. This role ensures the smooth functioning of kitchen operations, staff management, inventory control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities and staff. Ensure food is prepared consistently and meets quality standards. Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. Order food, supplies, and kitchen equipment as needed. Monitor food costs and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. Address any kitchen-related issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or similar role. Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Working Conditions Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
