Role: Waking Night Shift Leader – support young people to lead valued and fulfilling lives, maximizing their potential physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially. Ensure they are safe and supported during the night. Lead and manage a small team of waking night support staff ensuring each shift runs smoothly, and respond appropriately to any safeguarding issues while following all company policies and procedures.
