Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work for our client based in Willenhall. Our client are in the electrical industry but experience in this field is not required.
This is working in a small team of 3 – 4 people so you must have a flexible approach to work and be willing to take on additional duties as and when required.
You will be required to:
1. Manage the office efficiently
2. Delegate tasks within the team
3. Have experience working with Sage 50 accounts
4. Liaise with customers over the phone and via email.
5. Organise the office workload.
6. Manage website entries and input items for sale on Amazon / eBay and own website (experience preferred but is not essential).
Hours of work:
Monday-Thursday 8.00 until 5.00, Friday 8.00 until 4.00 with 30 minutes for lunch.
We are able to recruit on either a temporary to permanent or permanent basis for this role.
