Responsibilities
* As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve all-round outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children
* As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the education and development of your key children, through outstanding quality of teaching and learning
* Collaborating as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
Who we are looking for / Qualifications
* Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
* An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
* Open, honest and compassionate
* Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
