The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Wealth and Succession team within the firm’s Private Client department. The role will involve advising on tax, trusts, and estate planning, managing the administration of estates, and supporting clients with complex, often cross-border issues. You will take responsibility for supervising junior team members, managing client relationships, and contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives.

* Extensive experience in trusts, wills, and estate administration, including matters with international elements
* Strong tax knowledge relevant to estate planning and succession
* Proven ability to draft complex documents and undertake technical legal research
* Experience mentoring and supervising junior lawyers
* Excellent client relationship skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
