A day in the life of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord
11. Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
12. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
13. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
14. Encourage your teams development and progression
15. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
16. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
17. Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
18. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
19. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager
20. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
21. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
22. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
23. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
24. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
25. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
26. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
27. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
28. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
29. Ability to work under own initiative
30. Good telephone manner
31. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
