We're Looking for a Resident Boarding Assistant Who Is Ready to Make an Impact As a Resident Boarding Assistant, you'll have the chance to actively engage in school life, whether that's in the classroom, outdoors, or by the sea. You'll work alongside a dedicated boarding team, ensuring that every pupil is not only safe and well-cared for but also challenged to reach their full potential, both academically and personally. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who has some experience working with children in a supportive or educational role. A background in coaching sports such as rugby, hockey, football or tennis would be a great advantage. Many of our past Resident Boarding Assistants have gone on to pursue teaching degrees, PGDEs, and pastoral careers, making this a fantastic stepping stone for your future.
