In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production, assembly, and packing of food products. Your role will involve ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance with product specifications, company standards, and safety procedures.
SHIFT PATTERN: 40 hours per week (over 5 days)
Monday to Saturday on a rotating shift pattern 6.00am-2.00pm and 2.00pm-10.00pm
PAY RATE: £12.30 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Production & Quality Control: Complete tasks in line with company procedures, ensuring all food products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
* Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following hygiene protocols.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in efforts to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality within the production process.
* Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet daily targets while maintaining product quality and ensuring food safety.
* Equipment Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all relevant training and procedures.
* Documentation & Reporting: Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner for all relevant tasks, and report any issues or hazards to the Team Leader.
